TRAINING FOR SENIORS

Physical exercise has no age limit. In fact, as we get older, physical exercise becomes increasingly important for our health and independence.

As we age (starting at around 35-40 years old), we begin to lose muscle mass (sarcopenia), strength (dinapenia), and bone density (osteoporosis). The only way to slow down this process is through well-planned physical exercise.

To this end, we design a training program that is tailored to the characteristics of this broad population, thereby improving the strength, muscle mass, and bone density of those who participate.

As long as we maintain our independence, we will maintain our youth.
