Physical exercise has no age, indeed, over the years, physical exercise takes on total importance in our health and our autonomy.
Over the years (from 35-40 years) we begin to lose muscle mass (sarcopenia), strength (dinapenia) and bone density (osteoporosis), the only way we have to slow down this process is through exercise well-established physique.
To do this, we program a training that adapts to the characteristics of this large population, with which we improve the levels of strength, muscle mass and bone density of those trained.
As long as we maintain our autonomy, we will maintain our youth.
